What information do we collect?
We collect information that is personally identifiable such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number(s), repayment track record, bank accounts, accounting information and any other information you may provide (collectively, “Personal Information”) when you fill out a form on the website or choose to connect a third party website or service (each a “Third Party Account”) to link your TCP Service Account and your Third Party Account.
You may also be required to provide us with certain information about your business and personnel (collectively, “Business Information”), which may include information about yourself or your business personnel.
When you contact us by email, we collect your email address and any information contained in that email.
We may make use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, clicked pages and any other information your browser may send to us. We may use such information to analyze trends, administer the Services, track user’s movement around the Services, and gather demographic information.

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

The Personal Information you provide may be used to provide you with information and updates pertaining to Advances or Services you participate in, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, phone calls or other communication from TCP, simply email us and we will remove you from our distributions.
How do we protect your information?

Although TCP takes all precautions to safeguard any Personal Information collected, it cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access to your information will never occur.
